Ocelot Technologies Limited Terms of Service

To access and use the services, you must register for an Ocelot Technologies account. To complete your Account registration, you must provide us with your full legal name, phone number, business address, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required.
You accept that Ocelot Technologies Limited will use the email address you provide in opening an ocelot Account.
You are in charge of keeping your password secure. Ocelot Technologies Limited cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password. We may ask for additional security measures at any time and hold the right to adjust these requirements at our choice.
You must be 18 years and above to use the services or to open an account.
You verify that you are receiving any services provided by Ocelot Technologies Limited for the purposes of Carrying out a business activity and not for any personal, household or family use.
You accept not to access the Services or monitor any material or information from the services using any robot, scraper, spider or other automated means
You accept not to reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell or exploit any part of the service, use of the services, or access to the services without permission by Ocelot Technologies Limited.
Technical support in respect of the services is only given to Ocelot Technologies Users. Questions about the Terms of Service should be sent to Ocelot Technologies Support.
3. Definitions
“POS Services”: Refers to the point of sale services, including hardware, software, and related services, provided by Ocelot Technologies Limited
“User” or “You”: Any individual or entity using Ocelot Technologies Limited’s POS Services.

Hardware, such as terminals, card readers, and receipt printers.

5. User Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of users to maintain the security of their account credentials and notify Ocelot Technologies immediately of any unauthorized access.
Usage of our services for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities is strictly prohibited.

To the extent permitted by law, Ocelot Technologies Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the user for our services.
12. Changes to Terms
Ocelot Technologies Limited reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon posting on our website or notifying users.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of Kenya
